On the rare occasion where you've ordered something that's out of stock or unavailable - our pickers will do our very best to provide an alternative item that is as close to the product you've ordered.
We'll also send you an email on the day of delivery, letting you know which product has been substituted, and what replacement item has been provided.
If you're ever unhappy with a product substitution in your order - just let us know. We'll be more than happy to consider a store credit, or refund where appropriate.
And if our pickers aren't able to find a suitable substitution, we'll let you know and refund the amount paid for that item.
