If you need to remove something from an order, you'll need to send us a help request with your order number and the details.
Once received, our team will process your request as soon as possible.
Please make sure you send this request before the order cut-off time, to ensure we have enough time to make the change your order, and of course provide a refund.
(Sorry, but you can't yet do this yourself - we hope to change this in the future)
