In the coming month, you may notice a few changes to the WA Fresh Delivered website.
These changes will make our website more efficient for you - the customer - to do what you do with us, ordering the freshest products straight from the markets to your door.
As a customer, there's a few things you'll need to know - which we're covering in this email.
You'll need to reset your password before using the new site
For security reasons - we can't transfer your password across from our existing website.
But don't worry - we'll make this process as easy as possible for you.
Once our new site is live - you'll receive an email with a link to request and setup a new password.
If you can't wait for the email, our new website will show a pop-up message to request a new password. Simply fill in your email address, and wait for the instructions by email.
Viewing your order history
Once our new site is live, your past order history won't be available straight away.
Your past orders will be loaded in the days after launch - and that will also make downloading invoices and re-ordering items much easier.
What changes will you notice?
Now that would just ruin the surprise if we told you now!
We've done a lot of the work is under the hood to make handling and dispatching your orders even easier.
Some of the changes and improvements you'll notice immediately, and have been asking for, include:
- Shopping lists and Favourite items reordering: Build one or more regular shopping lists, or view past purchase - from which you can easily reorder your favourite items.
- Invoices: Now available online, and also downloadable as a PDF. And once you've placed an order, you'll also get a copy of your invoice with your email order confirmation.
Those are just some of what's to come with our updated website.
