Firstly, we're an approved food business
Most groups of childcare centres, as some schools, will have a standard supplier on-boarding process, which requires you to confirm certain information about a new supplier, and obtain copies of relevant registration certificates.
We're more than happy to supply this documentation, and answer any questions you have, to ensure compliance with these processes.
You can find details about our relevant approvals, and the regulatory environment we operate under, can be found in this article:
Do you already deliver to child care centres and schools?
Yes we do.
We will be more than happy to put you in touch with peers within your industry, who are more than willing and happy to share their independent feedback - so you can decide if we're the right produce and grocery supplier for your centre or school.
Can you deliver at a specific time?
Delivery drivers start their deliveries after 9:30am on delivery days.
We will do our best to accomodiate requests to deliver as early as possible, but this is always on a best efforts basis.
Our customers within your industry haven't had any problems with delivery times, and have been able to factor this into their ordering to ensure they have adequate stock on hand to cover them through their delivery day.
How do I pay for our orders?
For new customers, payment for orders is prepaid like all online customers, and is available via either Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal.
Most of our customers in your industry normally make their payments using a corporate purchasing card.
Once you've become established, we'll be happy to review our terms of trade with you.
Can I change an order after submitting it?
Yes, as long as it's before the 3am cut-off time on the day of your delivery.
At the moment, you'll need to send us an online support request for modifications; but we hope to change this soon to a self-service process through our website.
Is there anything I should include on my order, or order notes?
Depending on the location we're delivering to, it can be worth you including delivery notes to help our drivers deliver your order to the right location.
Information such as a specific entry gate, or gate number to drive to; building numbers; an alternative delivery location on campus if the original delivery location is closed; or other descriptive information is extremely valuable for making your deliveries as efficient as possible.
What if something is wrong with my order?
Just let us know. We'll happily replace, credit or refund any problems in line with our normal approach.
Who can I contact with additional questions?
As we're an online business, we handle the majority of our enquiries electronically. However, if a call is deemed appropriate, a member of our Customer Service team will be more than happy to call you at a suitable time, to answer all and any questions you have.
