From time to time, customers may receive a store credit when we've unintentionally supplied goods or services that don't meet our expectations of quality.
Here you'll find out how to use your store credit, and check your available balance.
Using your store credit
To use your store credit, simply follow these steps:
- Login to our store, using your credit that the credit was given to.
(This is important, otherwise you won't be able to use the store credit provided to you) - Complete the checkout process as you normally would.
- When you reach the payment stage, you should see the following screen:
This tells you that there is store credit available on your account, and you can choose to use this towards the current order, or leave it and pay for the order with your preferred alternative payment method.
If the store credit isn't enough to cover the whole order, it will give you the option to pay the remaining amount with your preferred payment method. - Once you've selected your chosen payment options, complete your order.
If you've chosen to use your store credit to pay for all or part of the order, that amount used will be deducted from your store credit balance.
Checking your store credit balance
You can view your current store credit balance at any time by following these steps:
- Login to our store, using your credit that the credit was given to.
(This is important, otherwise you won't be able to use the store credit provided to you) - Go to the Your Account Details page.
- Down the left-hand side of the page, below the menu items, you'll see a heading called Store Credit. This shows your available balance.
