Tell us what we need to get the order to the right place
When contacting us, the following information is crucial to helping us resolve this as quickly as possible:
- Your name
- Your address (where the order was mistakenly delivered to)
- Your best contact number
- Any other information, such as the Order Number (found on a white sticker, attached to the outside of the box).
Once you send this information, our Customer Service team will be in touch as quickly as possible to fix it.
How do you handle my personal information?
We have a very clear privacy policy, and we also take great care to protect the personal information of our customers.
Any information that you provide to help get the order to the right place will be used only for this specific purpose.
The information provided will be stored in our Customer Relationship Management system specifically for the intended purpose of resolving this specific issue, and for no other purpose.
We will not infer any consent by you to receive any communications of a marketing or transactional nature, that would normally be sent to a regular customer of our business, as a result of getting in contact with us.
We will also do our best to keep your information (including name, email address, phone number, and/or residential address) out of any system used by us for marketing activities.
