Yes - and we're more than happy to do this for you. We understand that some customers have specific product preferences, or may even have an allergy or medical condition which might be impacted by specific ingredients, hence why substitutions might not be appropriate for you.
But - we need you to tell us every time you place an order, and it's very easy to do.
When in the checkout, just add the following text to your order notes:
"No substitutions please".
This information will be passed to the staff member who picks your order, and will allow us to take the appropriate action (such as a store credit or refund) if we're unable to supply an ordered item.
