We want to ensure our customers have access to the freshest produce, at the best possible prices.
To help us achieve that, there's a couple of basic things we ask of every customers to help with this mission:
- Please return our reusable chiller bags and ice packs to us with your next delivery;
- Let us know if there's anything we can do to help with your delivery;
- Ensure our staff can deliver your goods safely, including that the parts of your property we need access to for delivery are free of hazards; and
- That our people are treated with respect and courtesy at all times, in much the same way you would expect to be treated when dealing with others.
We also put the safety and well being of our people at the centre of everything we do.
If something happens involving a customer or the customers location, where the safety and well being of our people is at risk, and a resolution can't be achieved within a reasonable period of time - we reserve the right to refuse your business.
